Don’t miss touring our JEMM Home in the 2016 Parade of Homes!
Each year, the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland collaborates with local builders to create a tour of newly constructed homes from HBA Builder Members. The 2016 Parade gives the public a chance to view inside new homes to check out the many amenities available to homebuyers. This will be the second time that JEMM Construction has partaken in this event.

Our home is our Milan floor plan which features:
3 Car Garage, 5 Bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, walk out basement patio and 1st floor deck.
Driving Directions: South of 44 turn East onto Girdled Road, then enter at the Keystone Entrance
Tour dates and times: June 11& 12/ 18 & 19 from noon-6pm
JEMM will also have Open House Hours, June 24-August 7th, Friday-Sunday
11 am- 4pm or by appointment.
