Grappa Farms “Lot Pick Lottery”
Hello everyone! JEMM Construction would like to officially invite you to submit for the lot pick lottery at Grappa Farms. We are excited to announce that just for being in the lot pick lottery you will receive *$10,000.00 credit towards the lot at closing!!! (*restrictions apply)
Quick steps to be included in the “Lot Pick Lottery”:
#1 – Fill Out “Lottery Form” your lot of choice will be assigned based on availability during the lottery drawing. See the subdivision map to help and we will have site tours starting August 13th more info to come on those but feel free to schedule a private tour with a sales rep.
#2 – Submit your $5,000 refundable lot deposit with the “Lottery Form” by August 19,2022. Hand delivery or mail to the JEMM office, we must receive the check by 5pm August 19th to be entered into the drawing. Make check payable to: Grappa Farms LLC. (Only one entry allowed per house hold) The deposit check will be refundable until up to 30 days after plat filing.
The lot lottery will be held Saturday, August 20th. Participants selected will be contacted in the following days to discuss the next steps towards building your new JEMM home.
