JEMM Construction, LLC. was established by Mark Maltry and Josh Edgell with 30 years combined experience working for the areas most pronounced builders and remodelers.

Our experience includes building of over 150 new homes and over 400 remodeling projects. While working for those various builders and remodelers we have acted as a sponge and absorbed the good and bad practices of each company and now have incorporated those practices into our own company.   Also, we have worked to establish policies and procedures within the everyday operation of our company to ensure that what we do is done efficiently.

Our full service construction team specializes in servicing each client’s specific needs, from the first stage of design to the last paint stroke. Each project is assigned a lead carpenter to oversee your remodeling investment  and manage every detail “On The Spot” to ensure 100% satisfaction.

We offer the most competitive pricing for remodeling and maintenance services in the area as well as a staff that is totally dedicated to your experience and well being during the process. We have established relationships with our trade partners and suppliers to ensure the lowest price while delivering quality.

At JEMM Construction we’re aware of how difficult it can be to trust someone to come into your home and make sometimes drastic changes. Our staff strives to make your remodeling project a pleasant experience, not a stressful one. We would rather be invited back into your home after the project is complete to enjoy a nice dinner in celebration of your newly remodeled space instead of an invitation to fix items that were not handled properly.

JEMM concentrates on continued education by attending educational events. In addition have joined the PRC (Preferred Remodeler’s Club) along with other memberships where ideas, products, and practices are shared for collective improvement.
